This site is published by Samuel Masson, a private individual, in a non-professional capacity. Le GlouGlou is one person's project, not a company: there is no commercial entity, no registration number and no corporate mailing address to publish.

Article 6-III of the French Act on Confidence in the Digital Economy allows a non-professional publisher to make only their host's details public, provided they have given their own to that host. That is the case here: Netlify holds them, and the judicial authorities can obtain them from Netlify.

This site and the app are two separate things. The site is a shop window, it stores nothing. The app's data — accounts, favourites, the catalogue — is hosted by Supabase, in its eu-west-3 region, in Paris.

The name Le GlouGlou, the logo, the text and the illustrations on this site are the work of its publisher. They may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

The Fraunces typeface is used under the SIL Open Font License.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and runs no JavaScript. Nothing about your visit is recorded.

For the app, everything is in the privacy policy: the data collected, its legal basis, the processors, the retention periods and how to exercise your rights.
